- Coffee Recipe: 12g OYL FOCUS : 200g boiling water (feel free to increase this ratio to suit your cup size)
- Place your V60 on top of your coffee mug. Add 1 x filter paper. Flush some boiling water through the paper (no coffee) in order to remove any paper taste as well as heating your cup.
- Add a min of 12g of OYL FOCUS to your coffee filter. Firstly, pour enough water in to wet all of your coffee grounds, now wait for about 5-10 seconds and then pour the remaining water slowly over the coffee in a circular motion.
- Once the water has filtered through you can remove the V60 and put the used coffee grounds into your compost bin.
